As a data-driven professional I have honed my skills in leveraging Data analytics to optimize content across various platforms. My expertise is within conducting comprehensive brand audits, reviewing and analyzing social media analytics, and also reviewing website data to help create actionable insights that would be used.

Over the years I have had a lot of experience in these areas which allows me to help make informed data-driven decisions that can create measurable results. My ability to dissect data sets has allowed me to identify trends and areas of optimization to help clients and other businesses meet their marketing objectives.

Certifications

Google Certifications

  • As part of my internship at IT Support Specialists, I leveraged Google Analytics to conduct in-depth data analysis, creating valuable insights to increase website traffic.

  • Though I haven’t used the Google Display Ads Certification yet, doing the certification has given me the ability to be able to set up and implement a display ad within google for clients when given the opportunity.

  • Doing the Google Search Ads certification has helped me in creating a search ads campaign for an up and coming tea company for their new and existing products they are wanting to promote.

HubSpot Certifications

  • Leveraging what I learned from the HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, I developed a content strategy that aligned with IT Support Specialists' goals, which allowed me to create engaging and purposeful content.

  • I have used this certification during my internship for ITSS to be able to set up an email marketing pipeline for new and existing clients that are entered into the HubSpot database.

  • Completing this certification allowed me to create an optimized social media marketing strategy for IT Support Specialists. With this new social media strategy I was able to increase their presence, have a higher engagement rate, and was able to deliver actual results.

All Other Certifications

  • Doing this certification gave me an understanding of how businesses can research their products through queries and customized dashboards to be able to gain an understanding of how clients view their products.

  • Doing the Hootsuite Platform Certification helped me utilize Hootsuite's different social media management tools while also helping me gain experience in managing and optimizing different social media campaigns.
